AFCC-Int is one of the Legs in FCCA that was started to accommodate all our missionaries who Father called to minister to the lost outside of their home towns.
We, in South Africa, are very conscious of the number in immigrants, legal as well as illegal, that has come to South Africa to start a better life for themselves. What we've seen is that these people are starving and are battling to make ends meet. Their dream of great opportunities has come to a cruel realization that you have to be employed to earn an income.
This is one of the main causes of the high crime rate in South Africa. When people are hungry they will do anything to find food or money, some will even get involved in crime to have something to sell.
While I was complaining to Father that the illegal immigrants are consuming our resources in this country Father asked me: How much money do FCCA have to send missionaries into the rest of Africa?.
My answer was obvious: Not nearly enough, Father. Father said: I know that; That is why I brought them to you to reach.
The call to the Church if our Lord Jesus Christ is not to hate them but to reach them with Jesus' love.
AFCC-Int will reach out to them with the gospel and will endeavor to train them as missionaries that can go back to their own countries, with full support and an opportunity to become financially independent there were they are needed most.
