Marriage is an institution by Almighty God between a man and woman. FCCA-Int distance itself from same-sex marriages as it is an abomination to God.

The Department of Home Affairs expects the Marriage Officer to confirm the ID documents of both parties as well as the passports of foreigners.

The Marriage Officer must ensure that foreigners are interviewed by an Immigration Officer. No foreigner may be married without a clearance letter from the officers concerned with immigration in your local area.

The Marriage Officer must contact their local Home Affairs offices to find out where the closest Immigration Officer can be located.
